SHIPPING POLICY

Handling Time:Orders placed before 2pm EST on stock items are shipped business day. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the nest business day. If for any reason one of your items are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible by email. We ship year around with the exception of the following holiday if they land on a weekday: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

Shipping Cost/Method:We provide free shipping anywhere in the contiguous U.S. with FedEx Ground with the exception of P.O. boxes. If you live in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories please contact us shipping options and pricing.

Shipping & Delivery Time:All orders are shipped FedEx ground from Orlando, Florida. Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee the delivery time frame provided by FedEx, however we can provide you an estimated guideline for shipping with FedEx Ground: Florida/ Georgia 1-2 business days, Southeastern U.S.A. in 2-3 business days, Northeastern and Central U.S.A in 3-4 business days and Western U.S.A. (North & South) in 4-5 business days. For territories outside of the contiguous U.S. it will likely take over 7 business days.

Shipping - Lost/ Damage Package:If your order is lost, stolen or damaged please contact our customer service by phone (407-704-6740) or email (customerservice@smartliner-usa.com) and we will be happy to help resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Expedited Shipping:Most orders for the contiguous U.S. are received within 7 business days or less. If you require expedited shipping please contact us and we can provide you a shipping cost estimate.
