Built on One Idea: Protection Shouldn't Be a Luxury
SMARTLINER USA is a leading manufacturer and distributor of custom-fit automotive accessories, founded in 2009 on a simple belief — drivers deserve top-of-the-line protection for their vehicles that's both affordable and reliable. Today we design, test, and ship every custom floor liner, cargo liner, truck bed mat, and UTV liner from our headquarters and warehouse facility in Apopka, Florida.
We operate under Kramer America, Inc., and our design, customer service, and inventory teams are based entirely in Central Florida — so when you call, you're talking to the people who actually stand behind the product, not a script read from a call center on the other side of the world.
What started as a small lineup of car floor liners has grown into a full catalog covering hundreds of makes and models — cars, trucks, SUVs, UTVs, and even custom mats for the home — without losing the original promise: precise fit, real materials, and a warranty that means something.
Our History
From Maxliner to SMARTLINER
Some of our longtime customers still know us by our original name — here's the short version of how we got here.
2009
Founded and introduced to the market under the brand name Maxliner, manufacturing custom-fit floor liners for cars, trucks, and SUVs.
2018
Completed a full rebrand from Maxliner to SMARTLINER. SMARTLINER carries forward the same engineering and quality standards established under our original Maxliner name.
2025
Independently tested and ranked the #1 car floor mat brand by SlashGear, beating out brands that cost 25–30% more for comparable materials, fit, and warranty coverage.
Today
SMARTLINER designs and quality-checks custom-fit liners for hundreds of vehicle makes and models, plus UTVs and home cabinet mats, backed by a lifetime limited warranty.
How It's Made
Laser-Measured. Not Guesswork.
Every SMARTLINER liner starts with precision measurement — our team laser-scans and manually 3D-measures each vehicle to map the exact contours of its floor and cargo area, down to the console, seat tracks, and trim. That data becomes the mold for a liner that actually matches your vehicle, not a generic "universal" shape trimmed down to fit.
First-row, second-row, third-row, and cargo liners are all molded from the same LDPE rubber-plastic blend — the material doesn't change, the mold does, so each piece is shaped to fit its specific position correctly rather than trimmed down from a generic shape. Every liner also carries our signature "Smart Coverage" raised lip edge, engineered to contain spills before they ever reach your carpet.
Every product undergoes rigorous fitment testing and quality checks before it ships, and it's backed by a lifetime limited warranty because we're confident it'll hold up to whatever your daily drive throws at it.

What Actually Goes Into a SMARTLINER
Every liner is molded from Low-Density Semi-Flexible Polyethylene (LDPE) — a rubber-and-plastic blend chosen for a specific reason: rubber gives it flexibility, plastic holds the custom shape and raised lip. No fillers, no mystery materials.
