Returns and Exchanges
At SMARTLINER-USA (KRAMER AMERICA, Inc.), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a customer-friendly return policy. Please read the following guidelines:
You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product must be purchased directly from SMARTLINER-USA (KRAMER AMERICA, Inc.). If you purchased from an authorized seller, please contact them for your return or exchange.
Before returning the product, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Returns without the RA# will not be processed.
We will provide you with a return address and packaging instructions.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, and include the return form. Returns without the return form, RA#, or items that are returned damaged due to improper shipping or packing will be rejected.
We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in new or unused condition.
If the item was damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly exchange the product or provide a full refund.
