Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Smartliner Spring Review Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Kramer America Inc., dba Smartliner USA, located in the United States (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

The Contest begins on March 18, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).

• Eligible purchases must be made between: March 1, 2026 – April 15, 2026

• Eligible reviews must be submitted between: March 18, 2026 – April 30, 2026

• Judging will take place between: May 1 – May 10, 2026

• Winners will be announced on or about: May 12, 2026

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to:

• Legal residents of the United States

• Individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Smartliner USA and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps:

1. Purchase any Smartliner vehicle floor mat bundle from www.smartliner-usa.com between March 1, 2026 and April 15, 2026. (Products from the Smartliner Home category are not eligible.)

2. Submit a review of the purchased product during the Promotion Period on Google Reviews (or another designated platform announced by Smartliner).

3. The review must include: a written description of the product experience and at least one photo showing the Smartliner product installed in the participant’s vehicle.

Participants may optionally include their order number to verify eligibility. Each eligible order qualifies for one (1) entry. Multiple purchases may result in multiple entries, provided each entry corresponds to a separate purchase and review.

5. Entry Requirements

Entries must:

• Be original content created by the participant

• Accurately reflect the participant’s genuine experience with the product

• Not contain offensive, illegal, misleading, or inappropriate material

Entries that violate these rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Judging Criteria

This Contest is a skill-based competition and winners will be selected based on merit. Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges appointed by Smartliner. Judging will be conducted blind.

The four entries with the highest scores will be declared winners. In the event of a tie, judges may use additional qualitative evaluation. All judging decisions are final.

7. Prizes

Four (4) winners will receive the following prizes:

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $1,750 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via email or contact information associated with their purchase or review. Winners must respond within five (5) business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in selection of an alternate winner.

9. Content License

By submitting a review, participants grant Smartliner USA a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display submitted content, including text and images, in marketing materials, advertising, websites, and social media. Participants represent that they own the rights to all submitted content.

10. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules, contains fraudulent or misleading information, or attempts to manipulate the contest process.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Smartliner USA from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of any prize.

12. Governing Law

This Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Sponsor Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if technical failures, fraud, or other factors impair the integrity of the Contest.
