ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be purchased directly from SMARTLINER-USA (KRAMER AMERICA, Inc.). If you purchased from an authorized seller, please contact that seller to process your return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, and include the return form. Returns without the return form or RA# (or items damaged due to improper shipping/packing) will be rejected.
- Before returning, please contact us to obtain the return address, packaging instructions, and a Return Authorization number (RA#). Returns without an RA# will not be processed.
- If the item was damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will exchange the product or provide a full refund.
- We reserve the right to deny a full refund if the product is not returned in new or unused condition.
