Good quality just didn’t fit.

Very good quality product, but if you are ordering for a hybrid civic somehow this did not fit. The car I have somehow has an ex fuel latch inside and the driver Mat doesn’t fit correctly. Very good customer service though so far. We are working through the situation to see if it is a issue per my car specifically or this is a fitment issue per their website. Very good company so far.
