Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Smartliner Site Launch Sweepstakes (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Smartliner USA, ‘located at [Sponsor Address], United States (“Sponsor”).

 

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

 

3. Entry Period

The Contest begins on October 8th, 2025 at 9:30 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on October 15th, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

There is one (1) method of entry:

Method 1: Instagram Entry

During the Entry Period, you must complete all three steps to receive one (1) entry into the Contest:

• Follow the official @smartlinerusa account on Instagram.

• Repost the designated Contest post to your Instagram Story and tag @smartlinerusa. Your Story must be publicly visible for at least 24 hours to be considered a valid entry.

• Tag two (2) unique, valid Instagram accounts in the comments section of the designated Contest post.

Additional Entry Rules:

• Limit one (1) entry per person

• Tagging more than two friends on Instagram will not grant you additional entries.

• Reposting the Contest post to your story multiple times will not grant you multiple entries.

• Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, or any other methods will void that entrant's entry and that entrant may be disqualified.

 

5. Prizes

Four (4) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive: A full set of Smartliner floor mats. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize is $230. The total ARV of all prizes is $920. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected via a random drawing from all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place within one (1) week of the Contest closing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified by Direct Message (DM) on Instagram within two (2) business days of the drawing. Winners must respond to the initial DM within forty-eight (48) hours of the time of notification. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason.

As a condition of receiving the prize, each winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where not prohibited, a Publicity Release. Failure to comply with any of these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

 

7. Rights to Entries

By entering, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display your entry, including your Instagram handle and comments, for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or approval.

 

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Official Rules.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the Contest and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or phone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

 

10. Disputes

THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND [Your State of Business], WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in [Your State of Business] having jurisdiction.

 

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Inc. You understand that you are providing your information to Smartliner USA and not to Instagram. By entering, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram's terms of use.

 

12. Winners List

A list of winners can be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Smartliner USA, Attn: Winners List, 3040 Shelby Industrial Dr Suite 200, Apopka, FL 32703. Requests must be received by October 25th, 2025
