Can I change or cancel my order after placement?

Orders are processed very quickly. Any order placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) will ship out on the same business day. Because of this, you would likely need to reach out to customer service immediately to catch the order before it leaves the warehouse.

Order Modifications: The customer service team is able to process "Part Changes" and "Address Changes". If you placed your order through Amazon or eBay, you must submit these modification requests directly through the messaging portals on those specific platforms.

Backorder Cancellations: If a product goes out of stock while your order is processing, customer service will notify you before the end of the business day. If you ordered directly through the Smartliner website or a drop-shipper, you have the discretion to either hold or cancel the order. For Amazon and eBay orders, they typically split the shipment instead of canceling — sending available items immediately and the backordered items once they arrive.
