Yes, Smartliner accepts returns for items purchased on Amazon, eBay, and through authorized third-party sellers (drop-shippers), provided they meet the standard 30-day policy of being in new and unused condition with a valid proof of purchase.

Amazon and eBay (Fulfilled by Merchant): It is highly recommended that you start your return process directly through the order history page on Amazon or eBay. Important for Exchanges: If you set up a return request on Amazon or eBay but actually want to exchange the item, you must cancel the return request first. If you ship the item back while a return request is still open, Smartliner cannot process it as an exchange — they will only issue a full refund.

Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon): If your item was purchased through Amazon FBA (listed as sold by "Amazon.com LLC"), Smartliner cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for you. You must contact Amazon directly to handle your return.

Third-Party Retailers (Drop-Shippers): If you purchased from an authorized third-party seller (such as Auto Accessories Garage or CarID), the item can be returned to Smartliner's warehouse. However, because Smartliner does not have access to your payment information, they will issue the refund to the drop-shipper, and the drop-shipper is strictly responsible for refunding you directly.
