1. Sponsor

The Smartliner® Winter Wallet Warmer Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Smartliner USA / Kramer America, Inc. ("Sponsor"). This Promotion is valid only on Smartliner’s official Shopify store (Smartliner-USA.com) and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on Thursday January 22nd, 2026 at 3:00 PM (EST) and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST) ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to:

• Legal residents of the United States (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
• Individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.

Note: Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

4. How to Participate (Purchase Required)

A qualifying purchase is required to participate.

• Entry Method: Participants will receive one (1) entry for every completed order placed on Smartliner-USA.com during the Promotion Period.
• Qualifying Products: Purchase must include at least one (1) eligible Smartliner® vehicle liner product.
• All qualifying purchases made on the Smartliner Shopify store during the Promotion Period will automatically receive entries. No alternative method of entry is available.

5. Prizes

Twenty (20) winners will be selected to receive a "Wallet Warmer" credit.

• Prize Details: Each winner will receive $50.00 USD back on their qualifying purchase.
• Fulfillment: The prize will be issued as a partial refund to the original method of payment used at checkout.
• Maximum Value: If a winner’s total purchase price was less than $50.00, the refund will be capped at the total value of the order (excluding shipping/taxes).

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of All Prizes: $1,000 USD.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Drawing Date: Winners will be selected by random drawing on February 1, 2026.
• Pool: Winners will be chosen from all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period.
• Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their purchase.
• Response Time: If a selected winner does not respond or cannot be refunded due to payment method issues (e.g., closed account) within 72 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable.
• The prize is awarded as a refund transaction; no physical cash or check will be mailed.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with prize receipt, though refunds are generally not considered taxable income (consult your tax professional).
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (such as a Gift Card) if a refund to the original payment method is technically impossible.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, city, and state for promotional purposes (e.g., "Congratulations to John D. from Ohio!") without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, system errors, or unauthorized human intervention. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

12. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Privacy

Participant information will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

14. Winners List

To request a winners list, email customerservice@krameramerica.com with the subject line "Winter Wallet Warmer Winners" within thirty (30) days after the Promotion ends.
