How soon does my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm EST on in stock are shipped the same business day. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. If for any reason one of your items are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. We are closed for the following holidays if they land on a weekday: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and New Year's Day.
How much is Shipping?
We provide free shipping anywhere in the contiguous U.S. with FedEx Ground with the exception of P.O. boxes. If you live in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories please contact us shipping options and pricing.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped FedEx ground from Orlando, Florida. Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee the delivery time frame provided by FedEx, however we can provide you an estimated guideline for shipping with FedEx Ground: Florida/ Georgia 1-2 business days, Southeastern U.S.A. in 2-3 business days, Northeastern and Central U.S.A in 3-4 business days and Western U.S.A. (North & South) in 4-5 business days. For territories outside of the contiguous U.S. it will likely take over 7 business days.
My Order was damaged/lost in shipping
If your order is lost, stolen or damaged please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Expedited Shipping
Most orders for the contiguous U.S. are received within 7 business days or less. If you require expedited shipping please contact us and we can provide you a shipping cost estimate.
