How long do I have to return an unused product?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product, as long as it remains in new and unused condition.

Exceptions to the Standard Timeframe:
Holiday Orders: For orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, the return window is extended until January 31st.

Late Returns: If you request a return past the 30-day allowance, customer service may still make an exception if you provide pictures proving the item is still new and unused.
