SMARTLINER® CHRISTMAS PURCHASE GIVEAWAY

1. Sponsor

The Smartliner® Christmas Purchase Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Smartliner USA / Kramer America, Inc. ("Sponsor"). This Promotion is valid only on Smartliner’s official Shopify store and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on December 22, 2025 at 12:00 AM (EST) and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM (EST) ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to:

• Legal residents of the United States (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
• Individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
• Note: Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

4. How to Participate (Purchase Required)

A qualifying purchase is required to participate.

• Participants will receive one (1) entry for every $100 USD spent on eligible Smartliner® products during the Promotion Period.
• Entries are based on the pre-tax, pre-shipping order subtotal.
• Multiple entries may be earned in a single order (e.g., $200 = 2 entries).
• All qualifying purchases made on the Smartliner Shopify store during the Promotion Period will automatically receive entries. No alternative method of entry is available.

5. Prizes

Daily Prizes:

• Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Smartliner® Cargo Liner of their choice.
• Winners will be contacted by the Sponsor after the drawing to confirm vehicle information and product compatibility prior to fulfillment.
• One (1) Cargo Liner winner will be selected per day during the Promotion Period.

Final Giveaway Prizes:

• Ten (10) winners will receive a digital Amazon.com gift card, in an amount equal to their qualifying purchase total, up to a maximum value of $150 USD per winner.
• Amazon Digital Gift Cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the winner.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of All Prizes: $2,100 USD.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Daily Cargo Liner winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received up to 11:59 PM (EST) of the applicable day.
• Final Giveaway winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period.
• All drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative.
• Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their purchase. If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with prize receipt.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, system errors, or unauthorized human intervention. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

12. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Privacy

Participant information will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

14. Winners List

To request a winners list, email customerservice@krameramerica.com with the subject line "Holiday Magic Giveaway Winners" within thirty (30) days after the Promotion ends.
