1. Promotion Name

Smartliner® Valentine’s Day Raffle (“Promotion”).

2. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by Kramer America, Inc. (Smartliner®) (“Sponsor”).
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to:

• Legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

• Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.

Void where prohibited.

4. Promotion Period

From February 9, 2026 at 2:01 PM (EST) to February 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST).

5. How to Enter

A) Social Media Entry — No Purchase Required (1 Entry)

Earn one (1) entry by completing all of the following on either Instagram or Facebook during the Promotion Period:

• Follow Smartliner®

• Like the Valentine’s Day promotional post

• Share the post to your story

• Tag two (2) friends in the comments

B) Purchase Entries

Earn one (1) entry for any qualifying purchase of $149.99 or more in a single order on Smartliner.com during the Promotion Period.

Examples:

• $149.99 = 1 entry

• $299.98 = 2 entries

• $449.97 = 3 entries

Social actions that cannot be verified or matched to a valid purchase will be counted as one (1) Social Media Entry only.

6. Prizes

Five (5) winners will be selected:

Total Approximate Retail Value: $3,160

7. Winner Selection & Draw Date

The random drawing will take place on February 16, 2026 from all verified eligible entries.

Odds depend on the total number of entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced and contacted within five (5) business days following the drawing date.

Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to confirm eligibility.

9. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to the confirmed winners using the shipping information provided at the time of verification.
Prize fulfillment may take up to thirty (30) days from the date the winner is confirmed.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Taxes

Prizes valued at $600 or more require completion of IRS Form W-9.
Sponsor will issue Form 1099-MISC when required.

Winners are responsible for all taxes.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
